Charles is a high-energy, results-driven brand strategist and marketer who has helped some of the world’s most iconic (and challenged) brands transform their business. He leads Brandware agency operations, including business and service development, agency marketing and client brand and creative strategy.
With over 20 years of agency and corporate marketing experience, Charles understands how to optimize client budgets while delivering award-winning campaigns spanning both traditional and digital media channels. He has a special affinity for performance brands and has led brand strategy, marketing and communications for global aviation and automotive brands, including Hawker Beechcraft, Ferrari, Maserati and Jaguar Land Rover. He was selected as Aviation Marketer of the Year by the American Marketing Association. Additionally, he has been recognized individually and as a member of a team with numerous industry awards, from Cannes Lions and Effie Awards to Ad Tech, Direct Marketing and Business Marketing Association honors.

In addition to automotive and aviation leaders, he has helped both iconic and emerging consumer and B2B brands in the energy, fitness and media industries grow their businesses through impactful multi-media campaigns.
Charles earned a B.F.A. in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations from Southern Methodist University.
